Kerr spent his youth playing high-level soccer, including time with the Canadian Youth National Team. Through his athletic career he gained first-hand experience with extensive knee and shoulder injuries, surgeries, and the long process of recovery — experience he now draws on daily in treating patients. Soccer also led him to teaching yoga, which played a significant role in his transition from sport and shaped his understanding of the healing journey.
