Kimberley Holmes, Registered Acupuncturist

Kimberley Holmes is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) at Equilibrium Therapeutics in Victoria, BC. She is a graduate of Pacific Rim College and a licensed member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA). Kimberley brings a grounded and compassionate approach to acupuncture, offering care at both our Yates Street and Tillicum Road clinics in Victoria.

Her practice focuses on cosmetic acupuncture, Gua Sha, cupping therapy, and Tui Na massage. Kimberley also integrates nervous system regulation techniques and Shi Liao (Traditional Chinese Medicine nutrition therapy) to support long-term wellness. Every session is thoughtfully personalized to address the unique needs of each client and promote internal balance, relaxation, and healing.

Kimberley’s interest in acupuncture began in high school when she sought support for chronic back pain. The holistic philosophy of Chinese Medicine — which aims to restore the body’s natural equilibrium — resonated deeply. That same philosophy continues to guide her today as she helps clients reduce stress, manage pain, and feel more connected in their daily lives.

During an appointment with Kimberley, clients can expect a calm and welcoming environment. Each treatment is customized to your current health concerns, often incorporating supportive techniques like cupping or Tui Na to enhance results. Her approach focuses on nervous system support as well as the physical and emotional aspects of healing.

Kimberley works with a wide range of clients, including those managing anxiety, chronic pain, tension headaches, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, and skin-related conditions. Whether you are seeking preventative care or working through a specific issue, her treatments are designed to meet you where you are and support long-term wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, Kimberley recharges by spending time in nature—hiking, biking, and running with her dog, Goose. She is also a creative spirit who enjoys time in the pottery studio. These values of movement, creativity, and natural rhythm are central to both her lifestyle and her clinical practice.

Kimberley is currently accepting new patients at our Yates Street and Tillicum Road locations in Victoria, BC. Book an appointment with Kimberley to experience personalized, whole-person care.
