Whether you’re experiencing back or neck pain, sports-related discomfort, or stiffness from sitting at a desk, Dr. Tada takes the time to understand your concerns, assess your movement, and develop a practical treatment plan.
He combines hands-on chiropractic treatment, soft tissue therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), and individualized exercises to help patients move more comfortably and confidently.

Dr. Tada enjoys helping people stay active and comfortable in the activities they love. His approach combines hands-on care with education and movement strategies to support mobility, function, and long-term physical well-being.
He has a particular interest in working with golfers. With certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), he can assess golf-related movement patterns and identify physical restrictions that may affect swing mechanics, comfort, or performance.
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from his care. Dr. Tada also welcomes patients experiencing everyday aches and pains, movement restrictions, and discomfort related to work or recreational activities.

Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Dr. Tada recently relocated to Victoria and is excited to become part of the local community.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find him on the golf course, playing volleyball, basketball, tennis, or pickleball, or exploring Vancouver Island by bicycle.
