Credit Card On File
We require a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We use Jane payments for our online payment processing. Jane payments are Secure and PCI compliant and meets the highest security standard to ensure your credit card data is never at risk. Examples of when we use the on file credit card are: to pay for co pays that remain on your account if you happen to forget to stop at the desk after your treatment, if we don’t have a receptionist working at the time of your treatment, or if you’ve missed an appointment and given no notice and don’t respond to our call or email requesting information.
Cancellation Policy
We often have a waiting list and if given enough notice, we can refill a late cancelled appointment. If we refill the appointment, there is never a charge.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, we will charge you 50% for the first missed appointment and the full price for subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments, if we are unable to fill the spot.
If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies.
This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our patients in need of treatment as each missed appointment means someone in need was unable to have an appointment.
During Clinic hours, please call to cancel. After hours, please email and call the clinic to cancel an appointment. Thank you for understanding.
Scents
To respect and accommodate the different needs of our clients, Equilibrium is a synthetic scent-free clinic. We use only unscented and dye-free detergents. We do have some 100% natural essential oil products, but these natural scents do not have the same negative effect on most people that synthetic scents do. Please do not wear perfume or cologne on the days when you plan to have a treatment.
Silence your Cell Phone
Please refrain from talking on your cell phone while in Equilibrium and please put your ringer on silence mode. This helps maintain a relaxing and calm environment for all clients.
Quiet Voices Please
We try our best to provide a quiet environment for our Massage Therapy and Acupuncture sessions. We ask that you speak in a quiet voice when at the front desk or walking through the clinic hallways as a courtesy to others having their treatments.
