Victor Morin, Registered Massage Therapist - Retired
Victor Morin is the co-owner of Equilibrium Therapeutics and recently retired from his 31-year career as a Registered Massage Therapist to focus on clinic operations and time with family. His journey into massage therapy began after a professional hockey career that spanned the OHL, AHL, and leagues in Europe—including a pivotal experience in Salzburg, Austria, where exposure to massage therapy sparked a new passion.
As a therapist, Victor specialized in Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Massage, integrating various techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. He was known for educating his clients on effective stretching and muscle care strategies to support long-term mobility and pain reduction.
Victor’s massage career took him around the world—from Vancouver and Whistler to England, Grand Cayman, and Bermuda—before settling in Victoria in 2004.
Now focused on guiding Equilibrium’s strategic direction, Victor brings his discipline, leadership, and passion for wellness to support the next generation of therapists.
Outside the clinic, Victor enjoys golfing (with a proud 85 at St. Andrews), travel, photography, and film. He continues to stay active and committed to lifelong learning and health.
