Alexandra Henneberry, Acupuncturist
Alexandra Henneberry is a Registered Acupuncturist in Victoria, BC, welcoming patients at Equilibrium Therapeutics’ Eagle Creek and Fisgard locations. She takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to acupuncture, helping patients manage chronic pain, reduce stress, support emotional well-being, and restore balance in their everyday lives.
Her treatments combine traditional acupuncture with complementary techniques, including Tui Na massage, cupping therapy, moxibustion, and Shi Liao (Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary therapy). Alexandra tailors each treatment to the individual, creating a supportive environment where patients can relax, reconnect with their bodies, and work toward their health and wellness goals.
Alexandra has a particular interest in supporting patients with:
- Chronic pain, muscle tension, and physical discomfort
- Stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation
- Hormonal health and women’s wellness
- Sports injuries and movement-related concerns
- Rehabilitation and recovery following illness or surgery
- General wellness and preventative care
With a background in acrobatics and yoga, Alexandra brings a personal understanding of movement, flexibility, physical performance, and the demands that active lifestyles place on the body. She particularly enjoys supporting patients recovering from injuries and helping them return to the activities they love.
Alexandra believes that acupuncture can offer more than symptom relief. Her approach encourages patients to reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms, navigate life’s transitions, and cultivate a greater sense of physical and emotional well-being.
“I believe in acupuncture’s ability to help us align with the rhythms of nature, move through transitions, and be present for our lives.”
Alexandra welcomes new and returning acupuncture patients at Equilibrium Therapeutics’ Eagle Creek and downtown Victoria (Fisgard) clinics.
