Sonal Keshri, MPT, Physiotherapist
Sonal Keshri has been practicing physiotherapy since 2012. Her key skills include diagnosing and rehabilitating various spinal pathologies like back and neck pain in addition to other musculoskeletal injuries. She is passionate about her patient care and believes in finding the root cause of pain or discomfort. Curating an individualized and holistic treatment plan based on clinical diagnosis and evidence-based practice, increasing the quality of life of her patient, helping them achieve their goal and educating them about their injury are some of her prime focus when treating a patient.
Sonal graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. She advanced her skills with a post-graduation degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and a certification course in nerve treatment (NDS). She was awarded two gold medals for her academic excellence in post-graduation and is the best outgoing student of her University and College.
Sonal possesses a demonstrated history of working with all kinds of patients including geriatric and elite athletes. She enjoys conducting ergonomic workshops and educating people on how to avoid workplace injuries.
During her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, exercise, learn different art and cook different cuisines.
