How It Works
Our mobile massage therapy sessions are 60 minutes long, providing the same high-quality care you receive in-clinic, right in the comfort of your home. Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a virtual intake form to complete, ensuring that your therapist is well-prepared for your session. This intake must be submitted before the RMT departs the clinic.
Insurance and Billing
We understand the importance of convenience, so our front desk team will submit your treatment to your extended health insurance on your behalf, if applicable. A credit card on file will be required to secure your booking, and billing will occur once the therapist has arrived at your location.

To ensure all details are properly coordinated, mobile massage appointments must be made by phone. Our patient experience coordinators will ask for any special instructions for accessing your home, such as parking details, buzz numbers, or preferred entry points.
