Jul 14th 2021“It’s unfortunate it takes something like debilitating lower back pain and limited mobility to introduce you to a treatment so painless but affective it transforms the way you understand medicine and help. Keep in mind its been around for thousands of years! I’ve always known people who have had acupuncture treatments and how it’s helped them in different ailments (stress, muscle pain, sleep etc) but like many of us I didn’t dig further, mostly because I didn’t understand it and because I thought I didn’t have a use for get poked with needles. It took an extreme case of lower back pain to get me into seeing if this could help me despite my preconceived understandings of what acupuncture really is/does. I am a convert and have first hand felt the benefits from just one treatment with my debilitating low back pain. Within 3 days of my treatment with Lindsay, I went from almost no mobility and high pain to having virtually all the pain disappear. Lindsay also helped me understand how continued pro-active treatments of acupuncture can help keep the muscles relaxed, manage stress and correct my sleep – I’m in! But just remember the initial reason, my back and that has since been getting better and better thanks to an open mind, Lindsay and thousands of years perfecting this treatment. If you haven’t, try it, even if you don’t “think” you need it I’m sure Lindsay would be happy to help you out.”

Jul 14th 2021I had my very first acupuncture appointment with Demi last week and I have nothing but amazing things to say. She is extremely professional and has a very kind and welcoming demeanour. Throughout the session, she was very attentive and thorough when treating my tense neck and upper back. Just after one acupuncture session, my pain has subsided significantly. On top of the excellent work that she does, the clinic itself had such a relaxing and calming environment. Overall, an excellent experience and am very much looking forward to my next appointment. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Demi to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment. Thanks for everything!
